Made to order

Most pieces are handmade to order by Arno Coenen — created or finished by hand especially for your order, so small natural variations are part of each work and make it one of a kind.

For made-to-order works, the design is the artist's own. Arno is free to interpret each piece as he sees fit. You are welcome to share information, references or samples, but any instructions you provide may or may not be reflected in the final work — this creative freedom is part of the artistic process.

All sales are final

Because every item is custom made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept order cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds once you have placed your order.

Delivery

Orders usually ship within 3 to 5 weeks, depending on studio workload. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, with tracked and optional insured delivery — see our Shipping, customs & returns FAQ for details.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Mollie.

Your data & privacy

To fulfil your order we collect your name, contact details and delivery address, and process your payment securely through Mollie. We use this only to handle your order and keep you updated about it, and we never sell your data. You can ask us to access or delete your personal data at any time — just get in touch.
